To get an implant, you must have Aturion DNA and body form.  You must find
the chief surgeon and have the correct fee.  The fees may range from money
to health, experience, or more...  The implants are listed below.

Arm strength implant:
  This implant increases the strength of the bicep and tricep, increasing
  damage done in battle, and enhancing climbing abilities.

Leg strength implant:
  This implant increases the overall strength of the leg muscle tissue,
  increasing the damage done by kicking, and sometimes giving a boost
  to how quickly you can flee.

Hand strength implant:
  This implant increases hand strength.  Almost all disarm attempts will be
  in vain, and the character will also notice an improvement in hand to hand
  combat.

Body strength implant:
  This implant bulks up the upper body, giving advantages when bashing an
  opponent or being bashed by an opponent.  It also affects hand to hand
  combat.

Arm dexterity implant:
  This implant greatly increases the reaction time in the arms.  It allows
  for greater accuracy during combat, in offense and defense.

Leg joints implant:
  This expensive implant greatly reduces the wear and tear placed on legs
  when walking or running.  You will find yourself much less tired after
  travelling great distances with these bionic joint implants.

Brain implant:
  The newest and most controversial implant, this small chip is inserted
  directly into the front of the brain.  It directly increases intellect.

Feet implant:
  This implant greatly reduces the wear and tear on feet.  You will find it
  much easier to walk without shoes, and running will be far less strenuous.

Hand armor implant:
  Several titanium plates are implanted into the hands, increasing the armor
  of the actual hand itself.

Body armor implant:
  All ribs are removed, and titanium ribs are substituted.  After this
  surgical procedure, you will experience an increase in armor of the
  torso area.
