Overview:
    Using the swarm technique to its fullest, the new DragonFly can 
take down any mech.  Adapting the Inner Sphere tactic of a whole lance
targeting one mech, this quick, lightweight mech fulfills all 
expectations.  With great speed and 8 small lasers, the DragonFly can
close on any opponent without taking much damage.  The large laser can
harass a faraway target, while the 7.5 tons of armor allow the mech to
last in brutal in-fighting that it was built for.  With thousands of
disgraced warriors looking for a glorious end of their career, a 
Commander can send them into battle with little loss using these 
inexpensive mechs, while still achieve honor.  A few variants drop the 
large laser for electronics and a couple medium lasers to provide 
scouting and recon.
